"Fun but frustrating"

I like the basic concept of the game, and I felt pretty cool when I beat the game, since difficulty was very well fine tuned to make it feel impossible, but be quite beatable. The only major downside I felt was the slow grinding of money to build up to some of the harder battles. If you die a couple time, you are basically wiped out of cash, and though you can claw your way back up, if you were smart enough to buy the knife or rifle game, it's just too repetitive.
I want to gunfight, not throw knives at a target to earn $10-15 a round. After all the grinding just to earn enough to fight with one of the Level 5 guys, you can die in one shot and have to start grinding all over again. It takes at least $69 to get yourself back to having a single battle, and if you really want a good chance of winning, you'll need the $20 bullets, the $115 clover and the $44 vest. It's just too much grinding for a payoff that can be whisked away in less than a second.
