I'm sure there are plenty out there but this is the first game I ran across where the first was actually worse (gameplay, not content) than the first.
The icons were too small for quick-access (time-sensitive). Also, since they were dark, you have to scroll through them to get them to highlight so you know which one you want. You could have them all in color and have a kind of halo or high-lighting system, that would make quick-access better. Also, make them just a little bigger.
The controls are inaccurate. There were several instances where I had to repeat an action several times for it to work.
Lag. I have a pretty good set-up, (better than the majority, at least) and if the game lags with my comp (with nothing else running) then there's a lag issue I would say.
And... what's up with the screen going blasty-weird when you pour alcohol on a wound? I understand that in real life it's incredibly painful and makes you want to black out a little... but it's not self-surgery. Also, this is not real life. It's unnecessary and annoying.
Hope you get the bugs worked out because I really liked the first game and the concept of "learning" about how medicine was practiced during various war-eras.
