"Awesome"

date: May 16, 2008

This is one of my favorite flashes of all time. Great concept, and excellent choice of music. I wish there were higher available ratings.

"Conceptual, Though Provoking. ^.^"

date: May 11, 2008

That was very conceptual, thought provoking, interesting and unique. It makes you wonder whether that situation has or ever will happen, and whether the canvas would be allowed to be put up in an art gallery.

"Great concept"

date: April 9, 2008

I love the concept. It well thought through.

It really speaks of how many artists end up. They become most famous after they are dead. You kind of mixed the both elements of dying and being famous after you die. Very nice idea.

Although, you could have made it longer. Like scenes where he loads the gun and so on. It would make the viewer dragged in a lot more.

"Wow, in a good way."

date: March 26, 2008

Great flash video. You capture the frustrations and angst of an artist in a very vivid and ultimately beautiful way. Having a dad who is an artist himself I know the struggles first hand after witnessing them throughout my life. Good work and keep submitting.

"Meh"

date: March 23, 2008

'Sokay. This run-of-the-mill review may be because I wasn't paying huge attention, but I was for part of it. Like the gun part. It was a well-drawn animation, and t had a good message, if it wasn't a bit short. Definately one to put in the 'Good Enough To Look At Later' bin.

"Is this funny?"

date: March 21, 2008

I really couldnt tell wether you intended this to be funny or serious. The guy freakin splattered his head on a canvas and they called it "Artist's Brain." I see the message but I think the ending is just kinda dumb.

Another thing that made me think this may have been intended to be funny is that the guy's name is Artsy McFartsy... ...
Also the animation is short.

"not my cup of tea.."

date: March 11, 2008

I watched your movie for four times in a row, and i am very enthraled by your cunning and minute timing of picture and sound.. ..however (and bearing into mind that what you stated up above.) i sincerly think that such a message, a task, or , maybe a mission even.
could perhaps do with somewhat more length!

i write these words in utmost support of your fine knowledge of flash programming
and hope that my word might prove usefull to you.

if you feel inclined to respond, I am most happy to receive your responce in a 'PM'

with kind regards, and keep up the Bad-ass animation,

sincere,

"Pretty good..."

date: March 8, 2008

I usually like the serious/psychotic/depressive movies but this one didn't seem to be much other than a suicide animation. I understand the message but just didn't do it for me.
