It used to be REALLY fun but those freakin' hackers had to srew every thing up. Why do hackers always hack the best games?

Good game. the original was cut down by the developer because of too many hacker!! damn hackers! they made me lose every account i have including my final ranked account...damn it... anyway..i give this a 5/5 cuz its awesome.

hackers caused no multyplayer cause they like to dlete random accounts and caused the creator to take down multyplayer parts hes given up with th game and started on SFDG2

"Excellent Game."
I began playing this game a long time ago and every once in a while I still play it. I think it is a very well made game and that games of better quality are hard to find here on NG. I would like to say to all the people saying that there are not enough types of ships or types of missions that you unlock more types the more kills you get through out the game. Also I think the life system actually makes sense. You can hold up to ten lives so there is no reason you should ever run out unless you don't have enough money to buy more and if you don't have enough money then if you lose your ship you have nothing left anyways. Finally, you can see a map of the different sectors if you press W so there is no reason you should ever go into a multiplayer sector accidentally; you should be paying attention to what types of sectors you are entering and also their risk level and multiplayer status.

afro95, if don't want to have to buy hyperspace, get a hyperspace engine, they have recharging hyperspace.
