"A truly astounding series, 10/10"

Okay, i first found out about salad fingers from my cousin, who showed me them on youtube. Now i've found them here, I couldn't help but watch them all again.
I'm not quite sure of whats going on here, but I have a small hypothesis:
I think that Salad Fingers is the sole survivor of a nuclear holocaust, and thus he has been mutated from the radiation. He's lived alone in the sandy, barren nuclear wasteland for so long, he's gone insane from being alone, and so has made his little friends - Jeremy, Marjorie and Hubert - to try and cope. However, when he discovers other mutated survivors - such as the bug eyed kid, the orange screamy kid in ep 1 and the strange girl, he begins to realise that his normal way of life of being alone is falling apart. Seeing as his old way of life also ended after the hypothetical holocaust (the GREAT WAR that keeps being referenced) and his brother died and was buried in his garden, Salad Fingers cannot cope with another change to his usual routine. The sound from the radio, showing that there may be more people out there, causes him to break down and hide form a world that he no longer recognises. Either that, or he has an aversion to strange and new noises - which would explain why he is the sole survivor, seeing as the Nukes going off would have been a strange and new noise - and so, he hid in the safety cupboard to get away from the noise. Thanks to the cupboard, he was safe from the nuclear war going on outside.
I think, anyway. I dunno. Still, this is definitely one of my favourite series on the entire internet. Bravo.
