As you said, it has glitches. I liked it, though. When I fell down into the holes the skull thing fell with me :P so I had to exit out to restart.

you need to be more consistant with the sprites you use, for example, the jumping sprite was completley different. Also, the area around traps, like the barrels and the steam, need to be smaller, i wasn't anywhere near them and i got damaged. But it does have the possibility to be a fun game, good work.

"A Good Starting Point"

Needs a great deal of polish. I died and the game still told me I completed level 1. Also, I noticed that if you just tap Ctrl, the character doesn't go through all of his sword-swinging animation. Music didn't seem to really fit either, but that's just my personal opinion. Look into these details and you'll have a great game!

the graphics are good, even though the style is inconsistant, the sound could be toned down a bit, and the way you are damaged is strange, but if you did a bit more it could be rather good

...but there are a lot of glitches. I can tell that you are only starting out for several reasons. what you need to do is quit making this game and try something a little easyer (i kno from experience that ambisious games that take months to code are rarely as good as short fun simple games made in 2 weeks.

Also, what's up with the jump? I keep getting that stickman then I died. You should try to continue and develop it more.
