"Boring game"

This game was endless, so that only gave you 1 point. It was also pointless, so that only gave another 1 point. And it was a bit boring, so that also gave you only 1 point. The remaining 3 points was for creativity, because as far as I know from my reviewing experience, there is no such game with this idea.

"Interesting... for a while"

Some variety and leveling up factors might increase replay value...

Include more varieties of activieties, like "play Dance Dance Revolution," to which you have a few different arrows to press. Also, a background change would be nice. Then, go to another activity like "moe the neighbor's lawn," to which you click on the lawnmower and then walk around the lawn (again, in a randomn pattern of arrow keys). Then get paid, and the more sucessful you are, the more you get paid, and the more you get paid, the more laid back and simultaneously effective you become, or something.

Then after a few rounds, end the level and go to another area with different types of activieties.

"Intuitive and kinda fun"

Well, the game makes sense even on those few instructions. There seems to be little "rhythm" aspect to it though, so it's just about speed - nothing wrong there, for a game based on pure skill...

But aren't you supposed to go rhythm?

Either way, well done on a small but fun game.

Yeah, I knew there was something I was forgetting.. haha. It is more of a speed thing, but it's kind of fun to do the stuff to some sort of rhythm. At least, it was for me when I was developing it. I hope it doesn't matter too much in the contest. thanks for your comment!

"Uhh.. parts of it didn't work"

A bit of a tutorial and a menu would help, no offense intended, but a bit better music and the worst part of all was when you get the part where it says go to work, nothing happens and you lose. I would upgrade this before submitting to Rockout.

On "go to work", there should be an arrow pointing right that signifies you need to press the right arrow key. It goes away after you press it five times. Did nothing really show up?

Not great in the eye candy department, but I had a lot of fun. I must admit the first look put me off, but when the gameplay started I really got into it.

haha that's what I was going for. Slick-looking, professional flash stuff is not up my alley. Especially in this game, I tried to focus on improving the gameplay. thanks for the comment!
