I have a friend who loves Cap. Falcon althoug his most famous move is the "Instant Suicide Punch" technique. This looks like a pretty good move, hope tp see it in action some time. As for the movie itself, I like it as it does what it was intended to do, to show people the mighy knee.

Gamerpants, I have the game and CF can't do the knee. He does a double kick instead. Also, the move is KILLER!!!! I beat my brother every time. I don't have Brawl yet, but I'll find out.

I accidentally stumbled upon this move while playing SSBM and spent the next few days trying to figure out how i accomplished it. i had nearly given up when i performed it once again, this time noting the buttons i had used. then i spent months practicing until i could win any battle simply by timing the knee, sometimes winning in a single move. it is a powerful technique which can help even the most accomplished SSMB gamers in ways you couldn't imagine. this flash is a brilliant demonstration of the power of the move, showing it's devestating throw back and it's accuracy. if used in the right way then a person can become untouchable with the right combination of moves and practiced timing. use this animation to learn about the knee and better improve yourself at the game. 10/10 for the animation

So many classic quotes...another great one is "time spent not kneeing is time better spent kneeing". The amount of times it took to do one knee was priceless as well... Also, I was amazed to find that the Prima guide covers expert techniques like rolling shielding and air dodging! :O

Truly an epic movie, one of the best on Newgrounds. I want to give it 56/10, and 200/5 but I can't.
