"Failed."

date: June 26, 2008

Good Idea, failed execution.
Lots of potential, I personally advise you add flair, (Actually matching beats to the blocks) more songs, make it harder, make the detection for the blocks better (Often I missed obvious ones) And just improve it.

But, 7/10 for a good idea.

P.s- To make it REALLY disorienting, you should make the level revolve around the mouse!

"not quite but not on my meter"

his was a good game but it really didnt bring anything special_all rythn and music games have to have a certain spazz n flare to it. this game had neither. i really enjoyed it to say the most. but really was that all you had. this game should have more music choices diffrent playing modes. a outomatic saving feature. and a way that when you finish the game you can restart without having to ex out

It was a good idea but the game really wasn't anything special. I really liked how the screen would turn, it kept you on the edge of your seet and thinking. But it was horribly short and didn't have any high score board or anything to back it up so after you play once, there really isn't any reason to keep playing.

You really need to add more songs and make this game longer. I mean the one song you had didn't even play the full length of the track. Make about 5 to 10 more songs and make like different difficulties for them. You know what I mean, easy medium hard and expert kind of thing like what was done on the metal freaks series.

The game screen was a little bland to look at. Like I said the shifting of the screen was pretty cool but that was the only nice thing to look at. Put in some coloring or something. Just looking at a black and white screen isn't very pleasing.

I noticed the game was a bit glitchy as well. I would always hit practically every note but a lot of the time it would refuse to register and my score multiplier would go back to one. I don't know what you did there but you need to fix the score multiplier if you want the scores in this game to mean anything.

You had a great idea here and you really shouldn't let that go to waist. The contest may be over but that doesn't mean people don't care about rythem games anymore. I would really love to see a sequel in the future.

"It's OK"

date: April 3, 2008

It was an Ok game. It has potential. The music was not synced well and the graphics were a bit on the primitive side. overall an ok game with good potential. I would be really good if you made a sequel.

"Alright."

date: February 29, 2008

It was alright, the gameplay was actually quite interesting. The music was pretty good too. My complaints here lie within the average and uninteresting graphics and the fact that some of the blocks weren't even synced with the audio.

Nice submission, could have used some more work.

"Cool."

Again this submission would have been a lot better if it had received more than two songs, but the game wasn't that bad. The graphics were solid and smooth and for the most part the game wasn't bad on that end, but there really was a lack of anything special to this game. Sure it was made well, but there really was nothing in this submission to make it stand out. Not great.

"Great Idea"

date: February 14, 2008

The Idea of the Screen-Flip is fanastic, I love it. The game is simplistic and, ideally, is how all good rhythm games should be. However, you have to be extremely precise in order to "catch" the blocks and in hard mode, is almost too hard.
Good concept, love to see more.
