Looks like you traced pictures of MGS2 and then tweened them around. Next time draw your own pictures (Even if they are sticks) and animate them properly.

But damn!Talk about metal gear solid 2 is so friggin HARD!they don't even have training except the first one.
screw up 1:cigs makes you lose HP(which everyone should know)
screw up 2:that's an M9 with trans-parent sound,not a socom
screw up 3:update the drawings...it looks like a little crappy if you used Windows Paint

Graphics were a little rough at times, but you obviously put alot of effort into this. There should be more good MGS2 submissions on Newgrounds like this one.
