A slightly spooky but poetic look at a dystopian future. The white and grey colors reminded me somewhat of the atmosphere of The Giver book, but the military men dispelled that.

It also did a good job at creating tension, when the music changed and the reader grew aware of the approaching danger.

Good choice of music as well. I'd never heard of the Tin Hat Trio so now I have a new band to listen to. :]

I normally like to think when a 'serious short' comes along about what you're trying to say. But honestly, you lost me a bit before halfway through the clip. And the real life pictures didn't help much. They seemed too orderly, while I think you were trying to convey chaos and desperation.

Expand on this unique setting you've created, I see intertwining story lines playing out in my mind already. You have a talent for presenting a story, but I'd like to see this world or yours with more than faceless characters and possible even dialog. But props for the use of an original poem, great introduction to what look to be a very promising series if you continue with it.
