This won't get any of my votes because it's not by the original authors, taking the original name, just to get some views onto an account, it's a good attempt...
This is what a person who tries to "lure" you to their websites and things like that to get info, they use the same name to get you on them. Not saying this is what it is, but it could be a lame attempt to get some cheap fews (Happens on YouTube also people).

Sorry, only would get a 1. Even if it didn't load for me, i see that this isn't original Decline of Video Gaming...

I knew where you guys were coming from, but most of us understood that there wasn't going to be another Decline. I do, however, enjoy how you act like total assholes to those who didn't. On that same token, it doesn't entertain like an actual movie. Only reason I'm keeping this around is so fanboys can keep sending their butthurt responses. I hopefully expect less videos like this. (but more whining.)

I must admit I was curious when it appeared as a continuation of my search alongside the three original movies. I bet this is the clock crew's way of saying that there won't be any Decline of Video Gaming 4 and I wish everyone else would understand this as well.

OMG this is the best flash submission EVER to grace the mighty heights of the screens of newgrounds.

I mean, when you waited for god knows how long for it to load and then how you made the play button was off centre was absolutely genius!!!!!!!

And to top it all off, the icing on the cake, the creme de la creme, when you clicked the off center play button (which amazed me by the way) it went to a blank screen. LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was just simply fantastic!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MORE BLACK SCREENS!!!!!!!!! BLACK!! BLACK!!! BLACK!!!!

I eagerly await more of your gracious flash 'movies' oh master of flash.

The preloader was pretty neat but the rest of the submission just didnt cut it. I dont know if this was on purpose but a black screen appears. Please fix this and resubmit.
