"I've never seen such talent utterly wasted."

The art was excellent. There's no doubt about that.
The animation, though, is minimal. Understandable if you want to produce a show often enough. But for almost eight months of work, you don't really have all that much to show. You continually pan still scenes with no movement, or repeat various loops for several minutes at a time. It really wears on the viewer.
The sound quality was absolutely awful. I seriously suggest getting better mics.
Then we come to the acting. I'm really surprised that with this quality work, you couldn't find better voices. This is one of those cases where EVERYONE was awful. It sounded as if everyone was reading a script for the first time, and struggling over even the simplest words.
I know you've stated that you particularly chose the actor for Throwback, but I suggest you particularly dump him before creating more episodes.
He doesn't sound "duck-like" as you stated. He just sounds awful. You can barely make out what he's saying. I reckon he needs a good two years in speech therapy.
And even when I could understand him, I ground my teeth. His acting is atrocious.
Now we come to the writing. Poor. Not a single laugh the whole time.
Basically, I'm incredibly disappointed, especially since the intro episode had soooo much potential. Potential you've thrown out the window.
My constructive criticism: Larsen should seriously forget Gornoski and go back to creating the brilliant pieces he made before this.
Goroski can neither write nor direct. He's sadly lacking in talent.
However, I've seen Larsen's previous works, and loved them. He's a brilliant artist, animator, and has a good share of humor himself.
