"Pretty........... Useless"

Like I already said it was a pretty movie put it was ridiculously dumb. Your skill in art is amazing I will give you that . All of your shadowing and the fact that it looked 3d gave it a nice touch. I think that if you actually took the time to make a whole movie with the kind of skill in art that you have in this loop it would be really nice. It is a loop so your style of course had to be 3 and like I said the graphics were amazing. No speakers so I am not sure about sound. The rest were pretty simple. Just seriously next time make a real movie instead of a stupid loop.

I'm not going to focus on the fact that it's a loop, you've probably had that in alot of reviews.

The art though, was very nice. Alot of shadow, layer and light effects were placed throughout. I loved the art in the tree's and general scape of the idea.

Definitely good graphics. I liked the layering in this movie, it created a very realistic effect with the animations. Cool music too. As far as loops go, this wasn't so bad.

It's not even pico day. In fact, there is a few months until that day, so this was just a little bit random. Also, just a loop, which I don't really like.

"Boring, but good art"

I've never been a fan of loops. This has two - the music and the artwork. I am aware that you have made different layers move at different speeds to each other.

You've proven your skills with artwork (and in the preloader how to move them) so why don't you do something with them in time for Pico Day 2007 - You've still got almost 2 months to go (April 30th).

I do hope this is only a precursor to your Pico Day flash.

The background graphics were amazing, I havn't seen anything like that before.

Pico looked a bit off, the preloader makes it look like its going to be a bit crap but it is actually awesome.

Worth the watch, music suits it perfectly.

Keep up all the great work ShortMonkey, or as Some people call you "Ape which is Vertically Height Challenged."

Well, what's here?

A sentiment, some visuals, some sound.

The sound's cool. Happy vibe and good beats. But maybe having it loop would have worked better for this? But yeah - good sound.

The visuals - well... it's generally drawn fairly well. I'm not too keen on your style of drawing Pico, but like that you've not been afraid to reimagine him a bit. The cactuses and whatnot are well drawn... I like the blurred pico in the distance. Seeing multiple picos on-screen was kinda funny.

The parallax scrolling was well done too.

But really, there's just not enough visually for my eye to feast on.

It does, however, do enough to put forward a sentiment... a sentiment of... 'happy Pico Day'.

Wait, what? Pico Day isn't for a while! That's like saying, 'merry Christmas' as November is just finishing! I honestly don't understand why you submitted this now.

I kinda enjoyed looking at it for a while, but the sentiment seems odd.

I think you should keep working on it if you want to submit this on April 30th, maybe introduce more elements as time goes on... there's a music video of scenery rushing past a train window, and every time there's a beat or an instrument, a new bridge or whatever comes along (different things for different beats). Maybe you could be inspired by that?

I think it's by Michel Gondry for a Fatboyslim song.

It's one of the best one-frame things I've seen, but it doesn't seem appropriate today.

dude what happend its like the soul's there but nobody's home you are truley an artist and you should take up painting but i was hoping for somthing more you should hounistly learn more about flash because if you used the flash and the art then i would'nt of blamed you

i like Pico, but it needs more
