The concept is fresh i guess, I don't seem to remember anything similar, Graphics do really well and combined with this rail way of moving it's amazing at first. Then comes the difficulty...
I understand that it is what you intended and the satisfaction from mastering the game should be the reward itself. But It's not what all players want. Some of them just admire graphics and like to see how plot develops. And this one has an interesting plot i'd say, but instead of beeing able to follow it a player is forced to fight an impossible battle.
I guess that is why game makers include an easy difficulty level. For layabouts, yes=) I've played Half life 2 on easy and enyojed it more than being slain in this game =) Thats makes an average player feel like his better than he actually is, and what attracts players
And don't you say that the learning curve would be longer with a keybord included =)
Some minor bugs:
-begin button has a 'hit' field at the bottom, thats almost nothing
-at level 5 the enemies can reach a position where they can shoot parallel to your movement, can never doge
-when you start the first arror you shoot is parallel to your movement (lvl 4 and 5). I wanted to shoot as quickly as i can but first arrow always go flat
-sometimes enemies blocks themselves at the end of the rail
I took me like 40 minutes to finish so I guess it a plus
A hint for 4 level:
after defeating darius and shar, shoot th stone pillars on the botton of the screen, you can destroy them before the golem comes and the the front ones are easy
It's a grat game afterall and I'm happy to see more games that have little filesize and are equally fun (as these with heavy files<=>heavy graphics)
