"Starts slow but becomes faster progression-wise"

Instead of the mediocre golden armor/weapon you get for beating the game, you should have a choice of metals with a special robot that has a negative weight or something that allows it to take place in, and win, any event alone. Yes, all the levels are beatable...I don't see how they wouldn't be, just get your 2 bots to follow the bot with the shard, take him out as quickly as possible. The last chassis isn't even needed, as I understand it, for any of the levels. Beat in one sitting, was easy, just a matter of time. Once you got to a certain point, all of a sudden it was a 2 step game: Win the newest event, buy and equip the newest stuff, repeat.
For those of you having trouble, use your short/no range weapons to follow while using manual control to keep your long range weapons away from the other bots. Don't even bother with the melee/healing components.

fantastic game, very fun and easy to understand and manage but for some reason after a little bit it glitches with the addon and my IE needs to shut down? anyone else have this problem? and if so do you know why?

Graphics and sound were completely unchanged from the previous installment--this is not a bad thing, when something works, go with it! But by the same token, when something -doesn't- work, it -should- be changed in making a sequel. This new version of a great game suffers the same crashing issues as the last one--you need to find and fix these! I found that the crashes most often happened when trying to mount an item or when returning to the item shop after winning a match, though I've also seen it when purchasing items, selling bots, enabling/disabling bots, and moving from the shop screen to the battle select. I love your games, but it's so frustrating to try to play when you have to reload the flash every 5 minutes!
Interactivity took a low score due to some bizarre AI behaviour...it's really irritating when a melee bot that has an opponent cornered decides to 'take a walk' for no apparent reason and it costs you a fight.

well, i played this game through, and i have to say its pretty impressive.

i love the amount of creativity you apply to your games. they seem to start very simple but grow into broad, depthy games with plenty of addicting elements.

they profound themselves refreshing within the never ending waves of just straight-up shit that flows through Newgrounds daily.

keep this shit up.

The game itself is excellent. The career mode is good fun. Though, it could use some small tweaking. After so many rounds, equipment gets dated. While this is supposed ot happen. It seems that most of the time only one build seems to work at any given time. A diverse team will tend to get owned really fast, while one solid build on an entire team seems to work better. Two attackers with the same plating, same equipment and one repair bot. Sometimes one attacker and one healer. You might want to consider increasing the weight caps for each round at the higher levels as I found myself barely able to take more than two bots at a time in most matches. I found myself bogged down by the need to take some firepower to overcome certain fights as 3 to 4 lightly armored, low payload bots just couldn't stand up to two heavily loaded bots.

The graphics themselves fit the game for what it is, and the bot designs are on the one side, excellent, and on the other if it is your thing, cute. It runs smoothly and barely a hiccup here or there. The only problem is sometimes when you have one of your bots following an enemy, they will sometimes cease firing for a short period, and the enemy will continue pummeling them without any resistance. While minor, it can be frustrating as it can sometimes cost you a match.

After career mode there is barely anything left to do. You may want to consider adding a 'Free Mode' where you take what you have earned from career, and just design your bots for a free for all match. Adding in rewards for matches one like you did in career. Like you get a new plating, chassis, or armament for say, winning ten rounds in a free for all.

Despite the lack of a free mode, and the sometimes annoying weight limits, this is still a good game over all.

I give you a 7 out of 10 good sir. Good job.
