Fun game, and I can really see the potential for it to get a lot better. Nice graphics and sound, good implementation of a track-based shooter.
Awesome scoring system too, that doesn't over-emphasize any particular objective (time, accuracy, etc.)
A few quibbles though -
1) Too easy. The hitpoint upgrade was meaningless since I never got hit.
2) I hope the whole game isn't just on a circular track. Different style levels would be great. Also, you might want to consider using arrow keys for movement if the tracks get more complecated, although on the circular track the mouse movement was nice and intuitive.
3) The powerups weren't as noticable as they ought to be. There needs to be a bigger gap between the highest and lowest levels.
4) Weapon imbalance - the scimitar is obviously the best weapon by far. Daggers and Chakrum both get accuracy penalties due to fireing multiple shots per click, only one or two of which will probably hit. Also, chakrum, while awesome looking, is the only weapon that doesn't kill in one hit. Javelin is the only weapon that can't kill/damage more than one enemy per shot. With scimitar's ability to kill two per shot, I got an accuracy rating of 105% one time.
This game looks really promising and I had a blast playing it. I hope you tweak it into the best flash shooter ever!
