Making this game turn based is a bad aspect of this game. It is way to challenging and it is hard to keep up with human research. Gladly Pandemic 2 is real-time. Good try, but to me, it's a 5/10.

The instructions were unclear, most of the time my actions had no effect, often I wasn't allowed to do necessary actions while being given no reason why. All in all, it was a half-hearted, crappy, mess.
