"Very awesome! I love it!"

date: February 6, 2007

I loved this submission. Most of the music seems to be very good and addicting. It's great music to just play and chill out. The ability to download, and have a favorite list...amazing! I am very impressed. Best submission in a long time on NG.

"Made my day."

Thank you so much for creating this. The only thing I wish it had was a way to stop numbers from playing when they really really (really) suck.

"really good"

date: February 5, 2007

very nice. this is great work. there were just a couple of things that i though it needed that i know have been brought up, but im going to say neway. it would be nice to have the songs sorted by genre and mabey even artist, and not sayin that it didnt look cool but some different skins would be cool. i really liked the fact that you could do everything from right there, that was genius. good work keep it up!

"I've died and gone to flash music heaven!"

This is BY FAR one of the best gadgets I've seen in the Newgrounds portal! Most of the gadgets are nice to looks and for a bit, or even give you a little bit of a laugh or two. But just as most toys of old go into the closet and collect dust, many of the NG gadgets get their time in the spotlight and fade away. Such is the way of things.

Just the idea behind this radio player: so simple, so obvious, yet noone thought of it sooner. It's an incredible find, and even more incredible that you managed to pull it off in under 700 KB. Perfect 10 on style, and you deserve every point of it.

Graphics are nice and the buttons are easy to read and understand: a sleek, metallic design to the buttons and frame of the radio. Perhaps the only thing that could make this even better is a choice of skins.

It's a fully-functunal and operates either by punching in the numeric code of the song, or by letting it randomly select on for you. If you find one of interest, it lets you save it to a playlist, and even download if you want to. That's an incredible time saver for those of us who have to surf the pages to find our music, yet too lazy to download it. I can only assume that it automatically updates when new audio portal entries are added, and judging by the looks of this its apparent you didn't forget about that. The one thing that could have given me reason to go 10 for 10 in interactivity is the lack of some sort of filter. I don't know how you would impliment it, but it would be awesome if you could find a way to block out low rated songs or certain musical genres at the user's discretion.

I'm already giving you a 5 for this, without question. If you come out with a revised version of this player, with the two improvements I suggested, I'd do everything in my power to give you a 6 or 7.

I'm sure I'm not the only one going "Man, why didn't I think of that?!" Bravo!

"great idea"

date: February 5, 2007

this is an amazing gadget. i love the audio portal but find it a terribly slow process to listen to good music there (partly because of my screwy connection, it's not all cause of the portal) and you just made this a lot easier. seriously, it's a very good idea. you could also add an option to select the music genre, that would be good too cause most people don't like *all* kinds of music. i find myself skipping a lot of songs but otherwise, kudos man, really.

"I normally do not give reviews,"

date: February 5, 2007

I will make an exception in this case. This is an awesome idea, and it will help people in so many different ways. Artists who need to find just the right music can keep surfing for it, and I no longer have to rely on my own music on my computer to keep me entertained.

You have also brought recognition to other people who otherwise may not have gotten any. I wish you luck on future projects

"Very slick, I like it"

date: February 5, 2007

Man, this has got to be one awesome way to jam out while I do other stuff on my computer. The interface is pretty nice, but something a bit less generic would be awesome. Definately was worth my time to check this out, good work, you've got my 5 vote.
