The game is fantastic! The music tied it all together.
*SPOILERS!*after escaping the garbage heap, in the part with the oil barrel, you see what appears to be another Automaton. Could this be *SPOILER* Automaton 1 or 2? Because it's ripped apart, and *SPOILER* the book said that 1 + 2 were failures.

I really enjoyed this, but am I just stupid, or does it end once he falls and you click on the chute? I try to click the wheel and the rope/arm thing, but they do nothing except the wheel lights up, and the rope moves a bit, but then falls. Is it just the end, or am I not getting something?

After playing part 1 and then part 0 again, I have to say that your part 1 is better, it was shorter and easier, but the puzzles were more inivative with inventory objects. Where as part 0 was mearly a click on the right thing in the right order game, which I like too. It's just the first part was more thought out. This however was good, don't get me wrong. It was enjoyable to the very end.

couble of random stuff- 1) the auto reminds me of a bom-omb =)
interactivity was 8 only because i couldnt do anything with the skelly arm.
and to FF wolf- 1)you should have psoted that in the auto1 section and *SPOILER* 2) the only reason why 3 is better is coz 4 had components removed by crumpet as you can see, (if you paid attention) in both 0 and 1
