But why is western europe so hard to infect? It's not like its isolated or security's strict! Maybe an air port or something, Heathrow's probably one of the most prone to this kind of thing

Pandemic - Too easy (Lower the lethality and increase infectivity until all countries have atleast 1 infected, then all points into lethality)

Pandemic EoM - Not in-depth enough. Too hard.

Pandemic II - Too in-depth. The disease is always visible and you can't infect every area because there are too many. They all shut down before 100% infection.
