"Not what I expected"

I have nothing against stick movies, and I began watching this with high-hopes from what I have heard.
I was very disappointed. There may have been pretty graphics, but for me it unfortunatley was not very pleasing beyond that.

The sounds, and voice actors, both bothered me (more so the voice actors) which was a big draw-back. The story seemed too slow and boring for me to fully enjoy as well.

On top of that, there was a lack of 'true' animation (this meaning not motion tweens, walk cycles, still images, etc) which for me made it more boring. From what I saw, the majority of everything was mostly well drawn, still images and/or short cycling animations, floating across the screen.

In a nutshell, it is pretty to the eyes, but is very over-rated.

I'll give you this, it's decent and well-polished. But that doesn't make it deserving of taking the spot of truly great animations. The voice acting is annoying, the backgrounds seem to not match at all, and you use too much tweening. However, the style is well done, I'll give you that.

I'm watching these movies backwards, which isn't very clever ;P
Anyways, I love these movies, and I hope you make more of them, of course, I already know that it will be at least one more part, but I want more then that! I love these movies!

the castle series is fucking tight your storyline keeps me interested the entire time and its not just pointless killing scene after scene(not that thats bad) but this is what i like keep at it and id even like to see a non stick series but sticks are cool too : ) hoooray

The General's and the doctor's voices dind't sound real and kinda took away from the immersion into the movie, but other than that very good.

been a long time, hasn't it. a long time since a good movie on newgrounds came out. dude I love it it's prefect, finally some story line to what seemed like a no story line movie.
I loved your use of flash 8's filters. But this paragraph is about your mistakes. my main concern was the file size, I had to open a whole new tab to do what I wanted to do, just so I could review this movie cause I new I would have to. Also the camera changes, there was only really 2 different angels, front and top. But to make things worst, top always looks crap. Lastly I want to review this movie badly cause I fort your fight scenes would be fearsome. But there wasn't any.

I've watched all of the castle III eps and they are amazeing. The only thing is that you left a fucking HUGE CLIFFHANGER ON THE LAST ONE (Part D).... Then we will have to wait another few years for the next one.
