you STOLE alot of these concepts from the game called sonic blox.
the ending, stolen, but sped up, and the concept of a charachter falling from the top to get rid of blocks, stolen. how sad...

excuse me if i seem rude and/or curt, but try making a game FULLY of your own ideas instead of stealing others. again, sorry if i seem rude, but, i hope you get my drift. =x

A basic game but it was still pretty good. The presentation was well done with some nice tetris-y music and the theme of Mario did an alright jog of 'revitalising' Tetris enough to make this enjoyable. The appearance of a new block was an awesome touch and helps to make the game last longer and be more enjoyable. Overall this wasn't too bad.

Its Nice but there could have been an "Additional" Thing to the MARIO Concept. Like Mario Falin' And you hafe to to get a mushroom to BLOW UP the whole Screen. Soo.... Dont Get Me wrong I still like it but...Still...?...

ok... first of all the game was great. you had some realy good remixes of the original songs in there. and i liked the new block. it realy helped me out in sum tight situations. the backgrounds were good too and the "?" on the blocks were a nice touch. now... your flaws. a few people have alraedy said most of the stuff i'd say to you but i love my tetris so i played it to the end and as i was playing it just ended without any warning. so you should make it a repetitive cycle. 10 difficulty speeds then when it gets as fast as it can go, just let it keep going. other than that and the other things the others mentioned, it was really, a good game keep it up.

....but not great either. I want to congratulate you on making a very smooth Tetris game. However...there are some things I suggest you should change. First...the combo system was more of a nuisance to me than anything else. It ruined my stack...which prevented me from getting two tetri in a row. Second....you should add some of the modern features to the game, such as the hard drop and hold que. Third...a preview of oncoming blocks would have helped. And finally....having the same blocks on the screen get's a little...boring. Overall, it was a great game, but it can use a little touching up.

^^Good Points^^
Surprisingly good for a Tetris game. Most Tetris games are just open source games with some crappy graphics and music added in, but this looks to be completely original, which I commend you on. The graphics were good, the blocks were a good idea, and the backgrounds were, for the most part, well done. The game was very functional, and the addition of the combo's were great. Very functional game. I liked it.

^^Needs Improving^^
One of the backgrounds was too dark, and I couldn't see some of the blocks when put behind it. You should either change the color of the blocks coming down or take out that background.

The way you get rewrded for combos is nice and the music changes when you level up even when you level up after a game over.

Its sort of like tetris DS but with full mario and its very, VERY addicting

It ofcourse needs alot of improvement to realy stand out, if you added bonuses , or say marioeske enemies , maybe turtle gumbas that u can drop bricks on and they start bounding around killing other bricks u know, something that would differentiate it adn make ppl remember it. But this is a VERY VERY solid engine to build a fun game on, PRESS ON, this is one of th esmoothest flash tetrises (or tetrii) I saw
