^^Good Points^^
I liked the dress up game on the menu, it killed some time while I was bored. The movie itself has a pretty original storyline. You explained quite a few things about Santa and the whole Christmas thing. There was a lot of pretty decent graphics in here and the animations weren't bad either.

^^Needs Improving^^
I was really distracted and kind of bored during the movie, which is probably due to the lack of sound effects and what not in this. You need to add voice overs or something to break the music.

++ font for 'Santa's true...' - lovely strokes.

++ Rudolf's story made me smile.

---- With the style of animation (the shape of eye remains constant and mouth is just a tween) expressions are often not too clear.

-- Looks like a mess-up in scale at time, like when the elf climbs onto the hairy dude.

-- red/green front/shadow just doesnt look too good. At least vary their tone/saturation a bit - darker for shadow...

+++ The dress-up at the end is a great idea and wraps it up nicely.

Despite the kinda messy graphics it generally made me smile. Although the story doesn't explain why 'santa' started giving out presents!

Made me chuckle. Caught my eye at the bottom of the screen. You did a real good job on the graphics. Got me into the christmas spirit. Good job.

That was an okay flash. The premise of it was kind of cool, but the graphics were pretty bad, and it wasn't very funny. I like the little dress-up at the end, but more than one shirt, one pair of botts, etc. might have been nice. Overall, it wasn't bad, but keep trying to make your work better!

I'm sorry. Words escape me. I found that nauseating on many levels. Awful animation, lousy storyline that alternates between pointless, inexplicable, and totally predictable, and really obnoxious music. Oh, and it wasn't funny either.

I thought that you did a pretty good job with the graphics. The story line just didn't appeal to me though; it seemed pretty empty. It wasn't really all that bad though, just the lack of story to it. You seem to have a nice bit of animating skill though, so keep at it!

ur right christmas is coming but for the animation part it needs more sound, and more texture. but i liked the idea that was very good, i dont know what the other tough guys will say but i thought that was very good.
