I love the kiddy style drawing. The timing is good too. Just that the paper lines are a little annoying at times. It will be better if the black outlines of the animations overlap the blue lines. Just imagine it like drawing on your notebook.

(The flash artish didn't write the music) I like the idea of the film and the animation in it showed promice, the paper lines were a little distracting, and the bubble style art was sort of cute. I think it needed a little color but the simplicity of it seemed to really fit. so bascally Not bad, keep at er :D
