But a simple joke nonetheless. Everyone whose watched the series has had the same annoyance with the large quantity of text, and you parodied it to comic effect. I'm not entirely clear on the testosterone-laden hostility though. The series is just laid-back nostalgic fun and those who criticize it are the ones taking it too seriously.

Its just harmless fun. Alvin wouldn't really Freak out Just Because someone Made something like this. People have stole Alvins name and posted videos With the EXACT same title before. And i never saw him review it. Stop Freaking out just because this guy is insulting someone. its not YOUR animation series that is being made fun of. So stop Being like a ps3-xbox 360 fanboy.

Okay, I'll admit it was rather funny, especially the part where Mario says: "And now, I will take one step". But seriously, why the heck do you people vote 10 on this? You people can vote this review useless or call me a retard as much as you want, but I still think this is rather terrible sprite animation. I can't even understand how this even past the portal! the dialog layout wasn't very appealing either. If you ask me I would prefer skipping your dialogs than Alivn-Earthworm's. If there's one tip I were to give you is this...... watch ADAVNCE SPRITE TUTORIAL!

I love a good parody, but this is not it.

The problem is, a parody needs to be able to appeal to those who are familiar with what's being parodied, even those who disagree with the parody.

And although, even though I like SMBZ, admit this was pretty funny at times ("And now, I will take one step"), it never had me laughing as I should.

Why is this?

Because your video is constantly telling me that I'm an eleven year old faggot who jerks off to flash videos.

So, even when this should have been funny, I never felt entertained. If your video had perhaps insulted me on a higher level, it would be more overlookable. I mean, parodies are almost always going to offend somebody.

But this is not the way to go.

4/10, because it might be pretty funny to those who don't like SMBZ. Anybody who likes it could have been laughing, too, but your video is focused on laughing at, and not with.

If Alvin were to quit over THIS, that would just show that his intentions of SMBZ were to impress EVERYONE, which is impossible. You can't impress everyone and by trying to do so, you're setting yourself up for failure.

As for this animation, it was a good spoof of SMBZ. I found it funny. Although some of the audio was a bit GAAAH! Overall, it was good.

I'd hate to ask but... is there a sequel planned? D:
