Well, you put forth some effort I see, editing the tone of the Numa Numa song. The foamy character, though, has much to be desired. His outline is no where near as thick as the real Foamy's, the mouth isn't even close to the words he's supposedly singing, and the arms/body movement don't match to his usual jumpy personality.

3 for effort.

If Foamy was dancing he would be bouncing off walls and stuff like that. It didnt even sound like foamy.

There was just very little animation and no real movement. If Foamy was really doing the Numa dance, he would have been all over the place.

Bad graphics, bad voice acting, etc etc etc. Christ on'a stick, it says Numa Numa -DANCE- but he doesn't dance. Sure, it's animation. CRAPPY animation, and thus I shall vote fairly, give it a 0/10 and a 0/5.

Nothing too special.
Just foamy sitting on a chair with little movment, & bad graphics.

You did well on the "fizzy" effect. You gotta teach people how to do that 'cause I'm sick of people using the brush for that
