But it looked like he was flicking me off when he was raising his arms...and then it looked like he was trying to fan away a fart when his arms were waving downwards.wasn't cool but...i guess it didn't totally suck.

Ok i see what you were tryign to doo making it grainy- giving that webcam effect. But i agree with choujimonster in that you need to spend a little more time on the artwork.
Give a little more time to make foamy look like the real foamy and it'll be all the better for it... and so will your comments.
You have to take pride in your medium and while drawing may not be your primary medium it certainly plays a big part in it, so give a littel more time to it and don't rush it r you're gonna end up with something substandard.

i coundent watch the ending i turned it off when he said hello, salute and why? cuz the staticky screen made my eyes hurt and the song sounded like ass and he berly moved ya fucktard draw better, the song doesnt need to be changed fomay doesnt even look like foamy . if ur gonno do somthing like this do it somewhere else cuz i saw the pic and wuz like ' oh coll foamy does the Numa Numa sounds cool' but NO! it is crap!!!!!!!!!
