It's quite enjoyable, but often the hands will be messed up. As in, a hand will have a straight, then another card will come up on the turn and it will make a pair in that hand. This hand will be counted instead of the straight. This is really... annoying.

being a poker player i've got to take this as a "what the hell am i doing" moment. playing 8 different hands at once is a new twist on the game of Hold 'Em...however it becomes WAY too confusing with the math that's involved. i do like the odds fraction next to the cards, that was a great addition. however, this is not Hold 'Em. this is a good beginner's guide to learning how to play the game...sort of. at least it's not Party Poker where you play other idiots that'll go all-in with 3 4 offsuit. and then suck out.
there are no blinds, which is an element to the game. and you really shouldn't show all 8 hands. it should only be one hand you see along with a computer betting against you and vice versa. nice twist on it, though. i enjoyed a few minutes of this.

Wow - that's *wonderful*. :) I'm not usually a big fan of poker, but the design and, specifically, the ambient sounds and music in this one just made it a really great piece of flash.

As usual, you've outdone yourself again. Great work! ^_^

nice game, very involving and the cards were cool. easy to pick up (even if you are too stupid to play cards)... hmm sorry but not much point in this review as i cant think of anything useful to add! :S

Great game, I love it, I've wasted hours of my life on this.
one thing went wrong though. the hand I was betting on had a full house, then a second pair appeared(so there were two pairs and a three of a kind for that hand) and the game no longer called it full house, but three of a kind instead. unless thats soime sort of poker rule I dont know, its a minor bug, Luckily for me, I still won my bet, the other hands had only pairs.

An excellent poker game, and even better with the Newgrounds theme to it. the audio suited this one quite well too. I personally liked the way the front of the cards looked, you picked some of the best stuff on Newgrounds to use. Awesome work on this game, I enjoyed it a lot.

a very innovative version of the normal poker game form the prospective of someone betting on the game rather than palying it, intresting to paly and recomended even if only for a while.

"Design is Awesome"

Although it was kinda odd playing all hands it was a nice twist to a normal Hold 'em game. I would have rathered an option to play against computers too but you can't have everything ;). You recreated the NG design into this well with the background, awesome pre-loader, and you integrating the new header buttons was a nice touch. But could there be a buyable option for the old header? That would be sweet! The background changing feature seemed slightly "unfinished" in a way. Yes, you could change the background but it doesn't change anything else. It could change to past NG designs, like what I said about the header before. I liked the decks too; especially the "special" one >:D. You put a lot of work and good ideas for the cards such as RubyClock, the Dr0nk thread, Tricky, FancyPants, and Bedn (or FatherJmdB.) I was suprised you weren't in there and even though you had Stamper you didn't have his infamous "Penicorns." I liked the ability to clear a bet if you mad the wrong one or change the type of chip you want to bet. Something that puzzled me is that there was no "anny." Anny-ing is important in Texas Hold 'em! The ability to change the song in the options menu is a little too small; I found myself trying to change the song but it linked me to where the song was instead :P. And the song choices could have been better. All in all, this is a great game and we are blessed to have you, Denvish, let us have it.
