"Have you ever actually played your own game?"

by: VTSK
date: May 31, 2008

If you had, you would (or at least probably would) have realised that not many people are actually going to make it to the end.

Gameplay: This is the most repetative game I've ever played. You stay on one island with only one town, doing the same quest (to exterminate the same monsters in the same cave), and have to do it twenty times before you reach the ending quest. If anyone can finish this game, then they have too much free time. Maybe the game wouldn't be so impossible to complete if the save function worked properly. The player should not have to keep the browser open to continue the game. Consider that they might want to play again the next day, or the day after?

Graphics. Decent, but looking at this game soon gets boring. The animations are a little lacking and wen you explore it's really just looking at the same few environments. The character's physical apearance can't be altered at all, unfortunately.

Overall: The game is so repetative it's unbearable. Do you honestly expect people to go through basically the same cave 20 times, fighting the same few enemies over and over again? This one's really not worth the player's time.

in my opinion it was far to repetitive, i only saw about three diffrent monsters excluding the recolors. so may be you could try and make it more epic becase this was more of a bore. I did beat it though

"Not so great"

It was good and all but I got bored around cave #8 because I became extremely bored by how repetitive they were. Other than that it is a very good game.

"Not bad"

date: May 18, 2008

everything very good but i didn't see the end because it gets SO boring going through 20 caves that are all the same! maybe next time decrease the number of caves needed and add some more variety

I like the game, because this game happens to be in my favorite genre.

But Elder Scrolls: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion are both better games, which you've somewhat stolen your aspect from. I know Bethesda makes badass games, but do you have to steal their sounds? Every sound I hear is from Elder Scrolls. The Fire Spell, Lightning Spell, Healing Spell, Attack, Taking damage... All from Elder Scrolls 3. As for the music everyone else is talking about; yes, it is from Oblivion.

I'm not sure if Bethesda has any legal rights over the sounds you've put into your game or not. Either way, it's a tad distasteful.

I applaud the game itself, though. Well made.

Just try to be original. Make it a game *you* create and not something you try to remake in a flash - and if I'm wrong, sorry. But hey, it's nice to see another ES fan.
