"Spoof"

I like the game, because this game happens to be in my favorite genre.

But Elder Scrolls: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion are both better games, which you've somewhat stolen your aspect from. I know Bethesda makes badass games, but do you have to steal their sounds? Every sound I hear is from Elder Scrolls. The Fire Spell, Lightning Spell, Healing Spell, Attack, Taking damage... All from Elder Scrolls 3. As for the music everyone else is talking about; yes, it is from Oblivion.

I'm not sure if Bethesda has any legal rights over the sounds you've put into your game or not. Either way, it's a tad distasteful.

I applaud the game itself, though. Well made.

Just try to be original. Make it a game *you* create and not something you try to remake in a flash - and if I'm wrong, sorry. But hey, it's nice to see another ES fan.

cool game i think you need to work on the buy and sellin system but otherwise awesome 9/10 btw did u use the music from elder scrolls oblivion in this game. just asking

"Epics of Distant Realm"

This was a great game. The combat system was very much alike to others, and the movement was exactly fresh, but a good game indeed.
the only problem is, as I was finishing cleansing the sixth cave, I heard an angel's voice calling out to me that said: "You are getting booooored, very very boooored."
and it was true. (angels don't lie) this game does get very boring. after about 5 caves, you think to yourself: Damn! I'm gonna have to do this exact same thing fifteen more times? Screw this, I'm gonna find somehting else to play.

Its a good game but you need to make differnt spells and stuff, and the 20 caves that take too long. but still great game.

You might wanna work on the save system. I had to download it in order to keep my game saved. Getting gold is also a hassle sometimes and the battle system is a bit stale. A tutorial would also be nice. It took me a while to figure out what "Skill" was supposed to be and I don't know where to find quests yet.

It's not very straightforward, I can say that much. But it's still a very fun game, well thought-out too. I liked the selection of music and pretty much everything else.

If you wouldn't mind adding a tutorial, fixing the save system, maybe adding some skills or two, I'm sure that edition would be much better. I find it fun as it is, but improvement wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

Overall, 9/10. Very good (and worth the download), but could use some improvements in minor areas.

"Great game"

I love Oblivion and the similarities between the two games are very clear however it does not feel like a rip off. If you could create a better save system (not even sure if there is one) and perhaps a tutorial which explains what each of the stats does it would be a far better game. Also try to vary the quests a bit since the cave thing gets boring after a while. Oh and make it easier to earn cash because there are so many opportunities once you have several thousand gold but you only earn it at around 90-120 per kill so it takes a while to get 5000 for the final weapon and 2000 froe the shop.

Overall Great game just work on these few points and you'll have a great RPG!
Alternetavly just try to convert the entire elder scrolls engine into flash and work from there but that might take a veeeeery long time and i doubt flash can support it :(

the 1st mini game is broken. if u loose all 3 lives and reset the bombs from the 1st attempt keep flying, however they can not be destroyed, i gave it a few attempts and gave up, which is a pity because i was enjoying the game up till that point. If its ever fixed ill gladly come back and finish the game, the small part i played was fun

Its not the best game ive every played but its decent groundwork for a good one. You should play Sinjid: SOTW and get ideas from that to improve your game and add more towns and a better exploration style... also you should a skill tree and the thunder or lightning attack you have there is useless cause fire is always stronger... you should also add armour and special items and equips and then were good
