You added/forgot to add ();. }, etc at the wrong times
When you tell users "In a blank keyframe", You aren't detailed enough in should they make a new layer, of add a new frame.

I give it a 2/10, bad tutorial.

You forgot to add a bit of information though. 'i had the same trouble that the others had untill i exported Bug to action script in the properties (i use MX2004)

I tried it and it dosn't work. I copied and pasted the full AS after the test into a blank keyframe before the frame with the "bug", and nothing happened.

You made it all make sense the only thing I had issues with was the groud every time i did it it was at heads level when he stopped and you explained why it happens BUT NOT HOW TO FIX IT! (sorry im still getting started with flash and don't know some of the basics.)

This tutorial may have been for more advanced scripters, but, for me at least, you weren't clear at all about WHERE the script was to go, the rest was easy enough, i just had no idea where to put the script.
