you've done a really great job with the game the only flaw I can find is the pick-ups, cause sometimes when I have plasma rounds and I'm low and health sometimes when I try to get the pick-ups I end up getting single shots instead. you should place more specific pick-ups like one would be for the single shot the other for the grenades, another one for the flame thrower, some plasma ammo, and a med-kit.
now you may have noticed how a few people are saying the controls are hard to use don't listen to them! the controls are fine they work well and its something anybody can get use to within a second.

"Still a great game"

I liked the second one much better then this one, i wish this one had the controls of the second, Nevertheless this one was still worthy, and i enjoyed it.

"Not good controls"

The controls are a pain in the ass, which makes an overall great game not that good. The music was also incredibly annoying, and more than one life would be appreciated.

That said, the game has really pretty backgrounds, the animations are solid and the explosions are nice too. It's hard to decide whether to give it 6 or 7, but I'll go for 6 (sorry).
