This is a nice Tutorial,it has inspired me to try and make a flash of my own,but im wondering,does it take money to make a flash?or can we just simply stay in our seat and start from scratch?

Although I wouldn't say it was teh "best" tutorial I've seen, it was still a great tutorial. And you've inspired me to actually try making a flash.
