Okay i do the tut , i test my character, he moves but even when i let go of the keys using to control him, he still keeps playing on the walking frame, so when i let go of him, he is just walking on the spot, HELP!

for example the character stil walks after i relase the key(i have checked the script its perfectly copied), so i dont know whats going on there, also you say to draw "dynamic text" whats is dynamic text? how do you draw it? certain things lack description and you often just say things you assume we know, apart from that good

(please help with dynamic text and the afer walking problems)

When doing the tutorial i noticed that when i put the health script on the tutorial, it would add 20 as place values but not to the base number. If i was to add it to one hundred the way that i would want it would equal (120), but what happens is that it looks like this (10020). If the author or anybody else has any suggestions, please help!

I just have something to ask.

I'm trying everything, but this action isnt working-

_global.hp:Number = 100;
_global.mp:Number = 100;

I've tried everything, but it always says expected syntax error. I'm using Flash 8 Pro, btw.
