Great dark ending to a great series. Well done in all aspects. I was way into it and I loved how the ending went. Great work, truly superb.

why would mario leave the other direction to exit the casyle he keeps going the same way and fire flower are easy to find they are every were not in one place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the best sprite movies I've ever seen. The ending was epic...and really dark. The sprites felt right in place, even though they had no expressions, I could feel the emotions.

think of this as a review 4 the entire series:

pros-great story and dialog
-a dark take on the mario series
cons-anticlimatic ending
-graphics can be an issue because no one can show their emotions

This is the first series I know of to cast a really dark outlook on the Mario universe.

The animation was a little choppy in the first four, but in this last one it was greatly improved. It's been said before, but you are a genius when it comes to using music wisely.

The ending. Hmm. Well, it was certainly anticlimactic, but understandable: what human being wouldn't crack under that kind of pressure like that? Then again, I was spoiled on happy endings as a kid...

Ultimately, a legendary series that sets a standard for the more dramatic side of Mario, one that breaks away from all the comedy and manages to pull it off with an unbelievable amount of skill.
