A very nice piece of storytelling that brings the unexpected to light and fills the imaginatory void inbetween Episodes 3 and 4. I look foward not only to more stories in the "Star Wars" universe, but others as well. Truly a must see for fanatics and casuals.

i totally love star wars and this fit in so perfectly, almost as if it could have been in one of the movies as a flashback or something, it was totally awesome!!!

I swear I felt like I was actually watching a short movie. It was like an interlude between episodes 3 & 4. I like how you brought Darth Maul back from the dead - very creative. I'd love to see more stuff like this, as I am a big Star Wars fan. Nice job, as usual.

Before I go on into this submission let me just start off by saying this flash is based on a Star Wars comic book adaptation. In comics as well as novels the rest of the Star Wars universe can be written anyway they feel neccessary. So it just so happens Darth Maul lived. It's not possible? Anakin lived after having limbs ripped off and his flesh seared. I also remember Luke falling from a similar distance and managing to survive just long enough for Han and the rest to save him.

How bout this...do your research before you start talking shit.

Onto the submission.....good work...that's all I got to say.

Although I do wish the voice actor of Obi Wan would have had a better accent, but oh well.
