A meal that sticks to your ribs... Sounds like someone likes to eat battery acid. ^_^ The best way to bypass the digestive system to be ABLE to stick to yo ribs... is with corrosive material, or pure acid. Foamy should mix up a cocktale of acid for people that piss him off, mix it with scented smells so it doesnt smell like acid, and have them drink it. Its a efficiantly painful way to remove idiots from society one painful hole through the gut at a time. Then you can Literally say " THIS is a meal that Sticks to yo Ribs... But its going to hurt like a bitch ^_^"

I would just like to say that not all the people who use these terms are pea-brained porch monkeys. I personally use quite a bit of similar slang in my daily vocabulary. Thing is, I use proper english as well. Its not wise to assume that just because an individual uses these words/terms means they dont know any better. Said slang words/phrases actually have meaning.
