Man, you just saved me from a huge headache. I saw blurs in flash and I couldn't figure out for the life of me how they did it, I just figured they were Softening Fill Edges to an extreme degree. But now my background items will look great thanks to you.

i really enjoyed this tutorial, it actually taught me something most tutorials on herei already know all the stuff on it... i learnt how to make a sky, sun and the light shine... and i really hope u will join the XenoxGames flash team (like we were talkin about on the newgrounds forum)

you could have explained about it being flash 8, blur is not on flash 6 people, anyway, that's a very good way to make a background, i usually just make the mid part of the background sometimes
