I didn't steal the joke from averageroadkill's "Mario the Emo". And he would care lass if anyone actually did. Yeah, this movie may have looked liked that scene when Mario got upset that the Princess was in another castle, but this is a totally different story; he actually finds her, but she slaps him, and dumps him after that. Did averageroadkill make a scene like that? I don't think so. Just because I make a similar scene, doesn't mean I'm ripping someone off.
But also you mention the last scene in OMG 2 where Luigi already saves Peach. True. But what's different is that Luigi just reaches her first, and not really make Peach love him, and dump Mario, so it's technically a different scenerio.
Lastly, the song by Simple Plan wasn't just used in "Mario the Emo" or in my flash. King David, and Cmar also used this song on their own flashes.
Above all, think twice before you assume, or shut your mouth.
