"YEA!"
date: May 21, 2006
MUSIC:
Funky techno-groove; me like.
CONCEPT:
Similar to other side-scrollers, with unique graphics, moving targets, and a surprising extra with between-level mini-games.
GRAPHICS:
Wow. Never seen anything quite like this before. The first screen with Medibot standing on a human finger is a feast for the eyes and immediately drew me in to play the game. The realistic brain tissue kinda grossed me out, though.
GAMEPLAY:
Fun and challenging. The story and graphics somehow bring an emotional desire to help an underdog save someone's life. Haven't played a large number of levels yet, so can't comment on gameplay at higher levels.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Perfect.
OVERALL:
Very excited about future efforts from William. The colorful and sophisticated digital results of his wild imagination should raise the bar for game development.
