I thought that the movie lacked in many areas. The voices sucked, the story was good, but the bullet time got really old really quickly.

Great movie! It reminded me "address unknown" TV show in Max Payne 2.
The ending was a little strange. I didn't understand it.

I am a big fan of noirs, and That one was done brilliantly. It was so brillant, that I didn't even recognise the MaxPayne2 theme, lol.

Can't wait to see the rest of the Noir-York Trilogy,

Hey, I really like this! its a really ambitious attempt to create a Raymond Chandler-esque full length detective story with a twisting plot and actual characters, you dont see much of that on this site! It feels really epic, and the plot keeps you watching as well as the visual style, which is true to the noir tradition. The car chase scene in particular had some innovative shots, love the bullet cutting thrugh the rain. However you have used (it seems) some clip-art type images which jar a bit with your own style of drawing (which is better, really) and it prevents the style of the piece from being truly floing. Also I have to suggest that you recruit some help with the voices and grammar..sounds like english is not your first language. Even so its a killer movie.

This had a nice story with some good depth to it mainly in the story though and the characters were notbad either and it does have that dark noir feel which i really liked, very nice work on this one, maybe some compression would be nice though.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
Just abit of compression of the file, it seemed to get up there in size.

~~OVERALL~~
A very welldone story should make for a neat series if it goes that far.

Although the sound wasn't of the greatest quality, the story and other details of it were extraordinarily well done. The mixture of a Film Noir and Sin City type was highly noticeable and awesome.

If future movies are as good as this, if not better, then expect the greatest for anything.
