They NEED to bring vinyl back with a vengence! I'm so sick and tired of these lawsuits over seeders and leechers and their illegal down/uploading.

CDs were cool until P2P networks and engines started popping up and ruining the music industry with their free downloading.

Everybody wants something for nothing, that's why the music industry isn't doing so well now.

That and sucky bands.

WHO THE FUK WANTS A CD CASE THAT IS BIODEGRADABLE? i want it to last years and years so that my cd has a place to call home. "well, buy a cd book" fuk that, if i wanted my cd all scratched and covered in that lameass "microfiber" lint, i'd rub it on my cat(thats right, thats were that hair comes from, my satanically poofy cat)

CDs are the greatest invention that we know as of late in the audio world. But all of this BS that makes the CD less enjoyable is just retarded... I mean, I love listening to stuff on my iPod because of the portability, or my computer for the sheer sound, but I hate not having a tangible object that can play the music... It becomes this like, existentialist stuff that you cant see or even relate with, I mean the album artwork is amazing, but you can only see it on this tiny screen... I still use vinyl because you have the feeling of owning an object that can play music at any time, and you get the gigantic album artwork too, which is awesome because you can look at EVERYING IN DETAIL... No mroe of this digital stuff, however great it is...

Another reason besides what you mentioned is now we can put all of our music on a Zune or iPod and download them to our computer (something we weren't able to do before) so we don't need any discs any more (unless our computer breaks) and at this point most compainies can't handle the fact that we don't need physical copies anymore... iTunes and Rhapsody were smart and charged you to download music, they are making lots of money from that. The only CD products that are earning money are the ones that are store exclusives like Walmart did with AC/DC Black Ice. Walmart is smart (unlike thousands of people T_T)
