I kinda though at the end he realized that it was something literatly on the screen that he could whipe off lol but yea the fact that tech support can be like that id prefer to just get it fixed rather then tampered with by some anoying instructions that don't work.

if you have an LCD screen, just rub the pixle with your finger nail, but not to hard
you cant fix stuck pixles on a "cathode ray" screen

The tech support is a good staple of the neurotiaclly yours series, but, this one just didn't quite do it for me. The humor just wasn't as good as I'm used to in these pieces.
