Graphics:need some work.and the water rising was a little bad.you should make a place for oxygen. like an oxygen bar. and make it refill once you get to the water surface!
Style:a neat little game.very addictive
Sound:put a better song in there.and in case some dislikes the better song, make the option of sound/no sound. that would be cool.
Violence:terrible. nothing happens once you dround at all. i`d allso like to piont out that if he`s a sameri warrior robot or whatever shouldnt he not look like a human. that was kinda dumb well, not kinda. REALLY DUMB!
Humor:well none really.this wont effect you score so dont wory.
Overall:a game that needs work.it could be brilliant but for now its just a little piont to it game thats quite adictive.
Final Remarks:Do the oxygen meter. get rid of that robo thing, improve that dudes look and make levels from time to time.Adding a new diffaculty besides water in each new level.And in like level ten or somthing get him to the dog.
Grade:C+ not to shabby

Thanks for the great input and wonderful suggestions. If I have time to work more on Flash, I think I will explore another direction; I have made a card game and now a "platform" game (of sorts ;). If I can get around to this game again, I think I will make the playable character a Chihuahua... oxygen bar and all ;)
