"Great Stuff"

After I-don't-know-how-many attempts I finally found a way you might run the game for ever.

You should start with 2-3 pastures with only one cow each.
Then create a soy with GM.
At the feedlot put everything you can into the food.
Hire one guy at the grill, and one guy at the register.
Finally activate all four corruptions, and activate the Food-Pyramid-advertisment.

After a while you should upgrade to eight pastures whith one(!) cow each and add a second soy. Now you should activate a second advertisement. I used the Third-World-Ad. And don't forget to employ the maximum crew.

Now your land won't get exhausted, and you should have a small but constant profit. The only thing you have to wath now is the happyness of your workers.
And don't worry about sick cattle. It doesn't matter, cause you've corrupted everyone. ;-D

Currently I'm in the year2052 and got a constand cashflow, still running.

Great game.

"Pure Simulation Goodness."

This is a PERFECT business simulation game that goes more in depth than just how many burgers you want to sell. Buy the land, raise the beef, process the beef, sell the burger, and control advertisement in this excellent simulation of what it'd be like to run a McDonald's restaurant. The best part is if your trying to burn time the game never ends. So just keep getting money.

(My record: $2552710.50)

"I've played this for a bit too long..."

date: January 3, 2008

I have to say this is one great game that I keep coming back to. Although initially it is rather challenging those who have and skill at microeconomics and micromanagement should get the hang of it. As for myself I have mastered it seeing as I've played 400+ in-game years (not all at once of course).
I'd also like to point out to those who think that you're forced to use those "shady" options that it is entirely possible to run McDonalds without resorting to corruption and whatnot. It just depends on what level of output you're trying to achieve. I've made over a million dollars on three occasions using almost entirely ethical methods.
The game mechanics are actually very well balanced such as the rate of soil fertility recovery and depletion due to cattle. If you play long enough you will start noticing these things and form successful strategies based on them.

A few things in the game annoy me:
-The sound gets incredibly annoying after a while especially the alerts the managers make. I can easily turn that off thank goodness.
-It states that global warming is caused by ozone depletion. This is untrue. Unfortunately people tend to confuse the two but they are almost completely unrelated (I won't explain those phenomenon here). If this was intentional then I understand.
-Genetically Modified Crops in the game are used in conjunction with harsh pesticides. That isn't necessarily true in real life. Many GM crops are engineered to be resistant to Glyphosate (Roundup) so that this relatively environmentally friendly pesticide can be used in the place of much harsher ones.

Well I'm done rambling now and I just want to say before I end that this game is very well made and a great time waster when you're bored.

"I MC Love it"

date: January 1, 2008

Year 2032 - I must have done something right although granted it is a very hard game but an amazing parody. I love the style of game play and graphics and would love to see some form of a sequel.

"Woohoo!"

date: January 1, 2008

Haha, I love the idea. Nicely done game out of it as well, the graphics look crazy and the gameplay is as simple as it can get. All the colors are clear too, controls are easy and the audio is just hillarious. Best parody I've played! keep it up!
