After weeks of evaluating and decoding, i now know the story of Salad fingers!
Salad fingers is a species from another race, from outer space and there was a huge war (mightve been on earth) which wiped out almost everyone. His brother was killed in a trench warfare style battle but somehow salad fingers survived and now lives alone. Because hes distraught from the war and lonely, hes gone mad and sees things which arent really there. Maybe it was some sort of chemical war head that killed everyone but somehow he survived but became mad. He thinks that his people arent dead and that the war is still going on. Maybe my theory will prove itself in the next few episodes.
