The message you try to portrait IS a hateful way of thinking... and that it's coming from jealousy over other's success. Not all successful and popular animations in New Ground deal with hatred. Just look at "There she is!" or "Nim's tale". Also I have yet to see any T-shirts for these animations. This is a wrong way of looking towards the community or the 'mass', and found your message quite ironic.

Good graphics don't necessarily bring you to top. Hateful/Spiteful themes don't get you to the top either. Perhaps you've been buying foamy T-Shirts a bit too much, because that's the only example I can think of that fits into your argument here.

I don't really agree with the message, just because a flash has blood and sex in it is no gaurantee that is going to be accepted, most of the flash that is "ignored" is just plain crap.
If someone is good, they will be recognised, so as for everyone saying what a great message, it really wasn't that great.

I follow the symbolism, but its still really whiney. And yes, I get it, I get it... the golden rabbit destroying his hands is something about his creation destroying his ability to create..

That said, its still a really selfish message. Sure, the majority of people go for what's popular, snappy, etc... But why do you true "artists" want their affection in the first place?

Anyway, good flash project, it could use some touching up, but I'm sure its a relief to have it completed, because its quite a work. I disagree with your premise, but its well done.

You know why somebody that draws flowers doesn't get respect from a place ot newgrounds? Because most people here got tired of flowers during trips to their grandma's houses! And even if they didn't, "da pwetty flowers" aren't the kinds of things to appeal to the kind of crowd that a site like newgrounds attracts. People with those sorts of tastes should take it to a hippy or senior citizen community, not a website that's primarily aimed at males in their late teens to early 20s.

the kid in black and white had some good ideas! those are the only type of people who make it btw...you should have made the black and white kid build the guy who drew flowers up so he can bring him crashing down..then the color kid kills himself over some stupid art...
wayyyyy to dramatic man and the song was annoying as fuck.
