"Its ok......."

Things wrong with it
1.Too short.
2.Not scary enough.
3.There's practically no story line whatsoever.
4.It doesn't tell you how you die or what happens to the missing girl.
The plot was new and interesting, and this is very promising, but it fell short of the mark.PLEASE remake this game so that it's better!

"it was ok"

date: June 17, 2008

it had some good real pictures and the staircase might have dont something to me a long time ago. but too short and not hard. here are a few tips for the next one.
1. longer
2. scary pictures in it
3. scary things long for scary music to make the things better.
4. dont try things that have been used hundreds on times before. try something new that will get the players into the game and make them want more. i will just give you a 5 for now. good luck on the next one

"A bit disappointing.."

date: December 18, 2007

Positives first! Well, the use of photos instead of hand-drawn really fit this story somehow, and standing outside the factory, knowing I could go in whenever I wanted, was a nice feeling of power and choice. I liked that it was at night; it made it much creepier. Unfortunately the darkness made it hard to see inside. :(

Okay. Negatives next. I've played "Atrocities," and IMO this was way too similar. It was like the exact same graphics--now I realize they were different pictures, but my point is the feeling was the same, the bloodstains looked like they might as well have been copied and pasted from the other game, and the "creepy factors" were all the same--floating spirits, screams, books you find and read. Even the weird sounds in the game background sounded the same. I was kind of disappointed as soon as I got into the factory.

Also, it was hard to find my way around and find out things. The controls are touchy and the mouse has to be in the perfect spot before you can read a paper, etc. Also even after you click on something to look at it, it vanishes as soon as you move the mouse. So you have to maneuver the mouse into the right position and try to read while the mouse is covering the words partially.

All in all, I'm not sorry I played it (great storyline!!), but I doubt I will play it again.
