It's a fan video for the (apparently now extinct) webtoon, Bonus Stage. As far as I know, emo and goth are not the same, but I don't really care. XP Thanks, though!

And just to clear things up for any future commenters, since I know no one reads descriptions: I'm not emo, this video wasn't meant to support or offend emos, and the lackluster animation is modelled after the webtoon's (Bonus Stage's) earlier episodes.

An Emo is an Emotional person. Sprouted from "Emo Punk Rock" or something. I dunno.

I think it's someone who's just really emotional in a sad or angry way. It's named after a brand of music that I can't tell from most other brands.
